I've not written lately because the Dr. kept me in the sling for a total of 4 weeks. I have one more week to go. I can start back with a few limitations on the 21st. I can't say that being at home has been all bad. I'm well rested since I adjusted to the recliner sleeping. I've had time at home without having to keep an eye on Trent all the time. That has cut down on stress as being away from the job. I'm not worried about going back to work yet.
I had a real surprise on Friday. My special friend from Uvalde, 9 hrs. away, and her husband called when they were just 10 minutes away from my house. Our time is always special when we are together. Ray is probably Trent's only non-coaching friend. His being here brought about 3 true moments of clarity. It was a special time for Trent as well. Laura and Ray also took over the kitchen and made some "fine" fish, veggies and salad. These 2 are friends like a marriage for 'better or worse'.
I'll stop short now. This hunt and peck typing with the left hand wears me out and I'm terrible at it.

CAn't wait to see you Wednesday!
Wow, what a nice surprise. Glad you had some fun intervention and someone to take over the kitchen. I was wondering how you were typing with the sling. The 21st will be here before you know it and it is best to follow Dr.'s orders for a full recovery and no repeats! xo! Karen
ps...yes that is Angus in the mirror and I cropped and oval from a picture taken the night before and pasted it in there. He is very wolf like and there were some great pictures to choose from but I should have taken his collar and tags off. Some of the others were really "big bad wolf-ish" with all teeth as he barked but not so much with a red collar and dog tags hanging! :)
Hey - have not read on been on the blog for a while - been )and still are) moving, but got computer hooked up yesterday and am spending too much time on it tonight.
Glad to read about you - you have been in my thought s and prayers!

Thanks so much for having music on the blog! I've been paying bills and it was "almost" painless.
Love ya,
